The Cath Lab offers the latest state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures for patients who have coronary or peripheral artery disease.  All four procedure rooms are equipped with flat panel detectors which provide more accurate, high-quality images and lower radiation exposure.  Located on the X floor of the main hospital at the I-35 campus, the 20,000 square-foot space is where many life-saving evaluations, diagnoses and interventions occur on a daily basis. These diagnostic and therapeutic procedures include: 
·        Cardiac catheterization
·        Pacemaker and defibrillator implants
·        Electrophysiology studies for heart arrhythmia including interventional ablation procedures. 
·        Peripheral vascular evaluation and intervention
