"Light Up A Life"--Hillcrest Community Hospice--December 5, 2009-Richland Mall

The holiday season is a special time of caring, sharing and celebrating life.  Hillcrest Community Hospice celebrates life everyday by working to make each day the best possible for our patients and their families.  Remembering our patients and special people we have known in hospice lights up our lives as well.  Our work with the terminally ill of our community is dependent upon your generosity.

To remember or honor a loved one, contact Hillcrest Community Hospice at 254-202-5152 and obtain a beautiful, paper dove on which you may write your thoughts or special memories or attach a photo.  Then place the dove(s) and the suggested gift of $15 for each dove in an envelope and return to: 

Doves will be placed upon a special Christmas Tree located at Richland Mall.  The "Light Up A Life" Tree Lighting Ceremony will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2009. All donations benefit patients of Hillcrest Community Hospice.

Levels of Sponsorship are:

                       Diamond Dove Sponsors  $1,500

                       Platinum Dove Sponsors  $1,000

                       Gold Dove Sponsors  $500

                       Silver Dove Sponsors  $250

Sponsors are recognized by signage with holiday trees at Richland Mall throughout the holiday season.
