Email Your Doctor
Hillcrest Clinics now offer an optional form of communication for our patients - Electronic messaging.

Patients may now electronically contact their Hillcrest physician office for lab results, prescription refills, appointment requests, and general health questions. This service is available for all Hillcrest Clinics with the exception of Hillcrest Clinic - Midway, which is not participating. Patients of Drs. Kosarek, Speckmiear, and Salinas will need to contact the Midway Clinic by telephone.
Although Hillcrest is making efforts to encrypt the messages sent to us electronically to protect patient confidentiality, please do not send any personal or confidential information over the Internet. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the Hillcrest emergency room.
Messages will be checked during normal office hours; those received after hours will be answered the next business day. Communication received electronically will not be responded to by email - this is a security measure to protect patient confidentiality. Your Clinic will instead respond by telephone. The information you enter is not stored or recorded electronically and will not be used for any purpose other than to convey communication or questions to your physician care team. However, a hard copy of your message may be placed in your file at your clinic. If you would rather a hard copy not be placed on file, please note this in your message.
And as always, we welcome your feedback on this feature and hope this proves to be an efficient alternative to telephoning the clinic.
