WHO SHOULD PRE-REGISTER?

WHEN SHOULD YOU PRE-REGISTER?
To ensure the most effiecent use of your time, please complete Pre-Registration at least three business days before your scheduled check-in date.  If you are within the three-day window, please Pre-Register by phone by calling (254) 202-8572.

WHAT IF YOU DO NOT PRE-REGISTER?
Pre-Registration for healthcare services is not required, but doing so will expedite your check-in by reducing the amount of information required during the registration process.  Using Pre-Registration allows Hillcrest to verify your insurance coverage, determine your co-payment requirements and enter your information into the system before you arrive.
