Registered Nurses

RN Nursing Supervisor - Rehab Center

Serves as a liaison between nursing and all other departments at our Rehab facility located at our Herring Avenue campus.  Responsible for shift supervision of all nursing personnel/units including but not limited to: Performance Improvement, staff scheduling, patient rounds/problem resolution, education, staff evaluations, counselings, TJC/DADS.

 Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelors degree preferred) and hold a current RN license in the State of Texas.  Must have at least two to five years progressive nursing experience such as Assistant Head Nurse, Head Nurse or Charge Nurse.

MEDICAL-SURGICAL NURSING

General Surgery:  PT  7a-7p

Rehab Center:  FT, PT and PRN 

WOMEN AND CHILDREN SERVICES

Labor & Delivery: PT 7p-7a

Pediatrics: FT and PT 7p-7a

 

HOME CARE/HOSPICE

Home Care:  FT and PRN

PRN POOL

PRN float positions are available in Med-Surg, Critical Care, and Maternal-Child nursing 

CASE MANAGEMENT-EMERGENCY DEPT

Work 7 days on--Have 7 days off!

Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience required. Bachelor's degree with Case Management experience preferred.
