QI Coordinator/Peer Review Coordinator

Provides operational oversight for the hospital medical peer review process. Ensures the process is instrumental in identifying, tracking, and improving processes to resolve clinical performance and/or unprofessional conduct issues in a manner that promotes education, improvement and patient safety. The Peer Review Coordinator collaborates with medical staff leadership, the Director of Quality and other departments to improve the quality of care to the patients we serve.

Ability to demonstrate- utilize word, excel, power point. Knowledge of basic skills in leadership, management, teaching, communication and patient care in general nursing. Works well with others in a team oriented environment, including support of other co-worker's job duties in a manner that further advances the goals and objectives of the whole organization.

BSN preferred, requires a current TX RN license. Minimum of 5 yrs hospital experience. 

Nurse Liaison

This highly challenging position is responsible for marketing the Scott & White Center for Rehabilitative Medicine to physicians in Temple, Waco, and surrounding areas and acting as a liaison between the facility and admitting physicians.  Requires an RN with strong oral and written communication skills, a willingness to do local travel (Central Texas), and a good clinical foundation.  Bachelors degree preferred.

Telemetry: FT 7p-7a, PT 7a-7p

Pediatrics: FT 7p-7a

NICU: PRN, rotating shifts

SICU: FT 7p-7a, PT 7p-7a, PRN variable shifts

MICU: PRN, rotating shifts

Ortho/Med-Surg: PRN 7a-7p

Renal/Med-Surg: PT 7p-7a, PRN 7p-7a

ER: FT 7p-7a, PT 7p-7a with every other weekend, PRN as needed

Surgery: FT 3p-11p- five days a week,

PACU: PRN variable shifts

Labor and Delivery: PRN 7p-7a

Supplemental Pool:

PRN Nursing Supervisor

FT RN- at least 6 months experience as a RN required

PT RN- at least 6 months experience as a RN required

Herring Avenue Rehab Center

Inpatient Rehab: FT 7p-7a, PT 7p-7a, PRN as needed
