Nurse Manager--Hillcrest Family Health Center

This challenging position has a clinical leadership role across all Hillcrest Family Practice Clinics.  The Nurse Manager assists with hiring, disciplinary action, training and staff development, and provides clinical oversight of patient care employees.  The position requires an RN with a strong understanding of the family practice setting and extensive experience with EMRs.

Assistant Chief Nursing Officer

The Assistant CNO is responsible for leadership, goal setting, direction & administration for several departments in the Medical Center.  The position is responsible for the delivery of patient care and nursing.  The ACNO is responsible for establishing & maintaining policies/procedures/standards, promoting quality patient, actively participating in leadership functions, & evaluating/implementing special projects.  The job requires an RN with at least 5 years professional nursing experience including a proven track record at the Director level.  Candidates must have strong skills in quality projects, financial planning & management, interpersonal relationships, & consensus building.  Masters req.

Director of Nursing

This challenging position has overall responsibility and accountability for operational and clinical activities for critical care and medical/surgical units.Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.  Two years experience as a Clinical Manager/Leader or equivalent.  Demonstrates proven experience in quality projects, financial planning and management, interpersonal relationships and consensus building.   Masters degree.

 

Discharge RN

This challenging new position will be responsible for facilitating patient discharges throughout the hospital.  May also assist with house-wide admissions.  This position will be FT M-F 9:00 to 6:00.  Qualified candidates MUST have extensive, current, acute hospital care experience as a registered nurse.  ONLY INTERNAL CANDIDATES BEING CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME

Hospital Staff Nurse Positions

PACU:  FT 3-11 + call 

Cardiac Cath Lab:  FT position requires strong background in critical care or cardiac nursing

SICU:  FT 7p-7a.  Only considering experienced ICU nurses.

ER:  FT 7p-7a.  Only considering experienced ER nurses.

Med/Surg:  FT and PT  7a-7p and 7p-7a      

Unit Based PRN:  NICU, L&D 

 

  

RN Nursing Supervisor - Rehab Center

Serves as a liaison between nursing and other departments at our Herring Avenue campus.  Responsible for shift supervision, PI, scheduling, patient rounds/problem resolution, education, staff evaluations, counselings, TJC/DADS.  TX RN.  Bachelors pref. 2-5 years nursing exp. including leadership (i.e. charge, supervisor, etc.)

Herring Avenue Rehab Center

Registered Nurses: PT and PRN 12-hour shifts days and nights available

RN Nurse Liaison: FT Days.  This unique position is responsible for working directly with physicians to develop referrals for the rehab center.
