Training Specialist-Clinics
This position is responsible for training and staff development for the Hillcrest Clinics including new employee orientation, training for new computer applications, procedures, policies, etc. The Training Specialist is responsible for identifying learning needs, developing educational and training programs, evaluating effectiveness, and implementing changes as required. This individual also supervises the clerical staffing pool. Travel to the various clinics is required.
Degree required. Must also have a strong background in training/organizational development, a proven track record in successful development and implementation of training/orientation programs, and exceptional computer skills as well as experience in computer training.
Major Gifts Officer
The Hillcrest Health Foundation is seeking an experienced fundraiser to plan and implement a focused program geared to cultivating, soliciting, and managing major donations.
The position requires a bachelors degree (masters preferred), 5-7 years proven track record in fundraising (healthcare experience preferred), and must be willing to travel. CFRE preferred.
