This position is not benefits eligible and does not have a guaranteed work schedule or number of hours. Work on an "as needed" basis to transcribe medical records. Requires strong experience as a medical transcriptionist.Unit Secretary
Emergency Department
Part-Time, 7p - 7a with rotating weekends. Requires computer skills with healthcare experience preferred.
Executive Assistant
This full time position provides administrative/secretarial support for executive leadership of the organization. Requires minimum of 3 years of executive assistant experience at the VP/corporate level and strong working knowledge of computers including full MS Office suite.
Patient Service Representative-PRN POOL
This is not a full time position. PRN employees are not benefits eligible and work only on an "as needed" basis, so there is no guarantee of hours or schedule. The individual hired into this position will float to work between all the Hillcrest Family Practice Clinics in Waco. Strong computer skills are required. Medical office experience.
Registration Specialist
Full time Days M-F
Full Time Nights 11-7 requires some weekend and holiday work
PRN (as needed with no guarantees of schedule or hours) available.
Customer service experience in an office environment is required; PC and word processing skills also required. Healthcare experience preferred.
