Nurse Manager Medical Oncology

Exciting position in our new Cancer Center!  This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the medical oncology clinic in the cancer center and provide nursing oversight to the nurses in the cancer center.  Must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing plus 3+ years managing experience.  Must be RN/OCN.

Assistant Nurse Manager

ER - Monday - Friday DAYS!  

Responsible for managing, instructing, and coordinating the nursing staff in providing quality nursing care; assists with maintaining appropriate levels of staff; displays leadership ability; has good communication within department and with other departments.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred but not required.  Must have 2 or more years of recent clinical experience and equivalent to at least 1 year as a charge nurse. 

Assistant Nurse Manager

Unit support needed for NICU to build and progress the service line.

Neo-Natal Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner needed for NICU -- PRN, rotating

Experience required.

Lactation Specialist

Lactation Specialist: PRN Days/Evenings, Prefer 6 months experience. Must be IBCLC certified and have a current TX RN license.

Childbirth Educator

Childbirth Educator: PRN as needed weeknights M-F 6-8pm and/or weekends 9-12. Will teach childbirth education classes to the public. Able to also teach infant care, breastfeeding and infant CPR. LVN, RN or CB certification required. Prefer clinical experience in L&D and/or Mother Baby. One year teaching experience preferred.

 

Hospital Staff Nurse Positions

Hillcrest Surgery Center:  FT days, PRN 

Ortho/Med Surg: PRN

Oncology-Med/Surg: PT 7p-7a, PRN 7p-7a

General Surgery:  PT days

Renal Med/Surg:  PT 7a-7p, PT 7p-7a, PRN 7p-7a

Telemetry/PCU: PT 7p-7a, PRN rotating shifts

Endoscopy:  FT rotating, PRN rotating

Coordinated Care:  FT M-F 8:00a-4:30p

SICU:  PRN variable shifts

MICU: PT 7p-7a, PRN rotating shifts

ER: PT 7p-7a, PRN as needed

Surgery: FT weekends, FT days, FT rotating 

NICU: PT 7p-7a, PRN 7p-7a, PRN rotating shifts (experienced RN's only)

PACU: FT 8 hour or 12 hour shifts. Some call coverage and one weekend a month required. PRN, rotating shifts.

Pediatrics: PT 7p-7a, PRN 7a-7p & PRN rotating shifts

Labor and Delivery: PT 7p-7a, PRN 7p-7a, 7a-7p

Inpatient Rehab: FT 7p-7a, FT 7a-7p, PT 7p-7a, PRN as needed

Skilled Nursing Facility: PT 7a-7p

Spine Center:  FT days

Cath Lab:  FT days 

 

Supplemental Pool:

RNs - FT, PT, PRN
