The Perioperative Assistant works directly under the supervision of the Surgical Team, handling sterile supplies and equipment, performing tasks directly related to the care of the surgical team.
Certified Surgical Technician
Labor & Delivery - PRN, weekends as necessary
Surgery Center: PRN
To provide assistance to the physicians and nursing staff during endoscopic procedures and to maintain the procedure room, equipment, and supplies in readiness at all times; provide direct and indirect patient care as assigned by the RN. Certified Nurses Aide, EMT Certified, or letter from accredited nursing program stipulating completion of one (first) semester.
CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE
All Unit Assistant MUST have current CPR certification before starting.
Med/Surg Renal: PT 7p-7a
Med/Surg Ortho/Neuro: PT 7p-7a
Oncology: FT 7p-7a
Pediatrics: FT 7a-7p, PT 7p-7a
Hospital Float Pool: FT 7p-7a, PRN rotating shifts
Skilled Nursing Facility: PRN
CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT--CLINICS
Clinic Float Pool: PRN as needed
