Concierge Assistant

Under the direction and leadership of the Concierge Services Team Leader and Supervisor, the Concierge will greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide the quick, responsive customer service and information necessary to result in a meaningful visit.  Manage and coordinate all activities related with the concierge/ front desk operation and provide hospitality services to patients, visitors, and employees while adhering to HIPAA, TJC, and Hillcrest standards and regulations as well as Hillcrest mission and vision.  The Concierge Services team will routinely circulate through the medical center to ensure that each customer’s service experience equals or exceeds their expectations. 

Central Sterilization Tech

Receives, cleans, processes and sterlizes equipment; responsible for running technical equipment, answering phones and directing responses to the appropriate people.  Required to obtain certification within 6 months of start date. 

FT day openings

Food Services

Cook:  Responsible for cooking and serving a variety of foods for patient trays and cafeteria.  Must have cook experience. 

Dining Room Associate:  Responsible for handling of monies while on the register; will help in cleaning, sanitation and other duties in the nutrition area.  Experience as a cashier is preferred. 

Food Service Associate:  Responsible for washing pots/pans; helping out within all areas of the food services department as needed.

Hospitality Associate:  Responsible for making patient trays by diet cards, along with the delivery of the tray to and from patients.

Nutrition Operator: 

Security Officer

Responsible for providing a safe environment for our associates, patients and our customers.  Must complete a Level III Commission Class and successfully pass the exam within the initial 90 days of employment.  Must present certificate of completion.  Must have a valid Texas Driver's License with a favorable driving record.

Part time position, Rotating shifts.

PRN positions to relieve as needed.

Rehab Tech

Sports Medicine Department 

Assists therapists and licensed staff with daily activities in rehab therapy to include clerical/reception duties.

Full-time, M-F days

EKG Tech

Performs EKGs, copies & charts all reports, applies holter monitors and maintains computer records.  Will transport patients as needed and will be helpful within the department as needed.

PRN in Cardiology

Phlebotomist

Hospital Lab: 

PRN -- Day shift and every other weekend; as needed to fill in variable shifts

Environmental Services

Staff Housekeeping:

I-35 Campus and Herring Avenue Campus

General cleaning & floor care openings! 

Full-time & part-time, 3:30pm - midnight

Full-time & part-time, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Full-time 10:30pm-7am

Must be able to rotate all 7 days of the week.

PRN 'as-needed' positions also available on all shifts!
